QBCCC Vol.2 Teaser!

Our (me writing, Jim Faustino drawing) contribution for The QBCCC Vol.2! an intergalactic, behind-the-music styled, rock & roll doc(mock)umentary.

I've been trying to make my script worthy of Jim's amazing skills. so far he's making me look good. hehehe... the test art he's been sending me has been mind-blowingly awesome! but the script still needs a little tweaking & the actual pages still need to be drawn. really excited to see the finished thing. hope it'll be completed before Komikon.

The Xeroxography event was fun! many thanks to all the peeps who stopped by our table & browsed our wares. many thanks to Adam for organizing the thing & inviting us. many thanks to those people who bought the QBCCC & the first issue of my 18-paged uber-dumb komix, ??? (yes that's the title! and i hope the 19 people who got it didn't regret buying it...) & here's the cover...



Please gimme reviews! i can handle the pain, don't worry. will resume (start is a better word i think, didn't get far with it anyhow) working on Baro Investigations. hopefully this time i'll actually have progress.

Komik Events - Past & Future

DELAYED REACTION: Komikon 2010 was crazy! the place was packed! and of course the debut issue of The QBCCC finally came out! seeing it as an actual half-A4-photo-copied-komik was a bitter sweet moment. Josel, Mervs & all the contributors, congratulations to all of us! WE WANT REVIEWS!!!

Very much enjoyed my first time participating, albeit as a squatter. had a great time hanging out at the table while selling stuff (Josel Nicolas, Tilde Acuña & Carljoe Javier many thanks!). met some of the QBCCC contributors. got some komiks, not as plenty as before but got some really quality stuff. got a shirt (thanks Mervs!). got sick afterwards. fun!

Still not finished reading some of the stuff i got, but here are the good stuff so far:
